The 2nd Annual Dig Pink Tournament starts today at 5:00 at the Orlando Sports Center. 48 teams will compete and help raise funds for the Side-Out Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to breast cancer research. Can't make it out? Some of the games will be available through our live feed.

1st Place Dig Pink Festival to be held at OVA
Orlando Volleyball Academy, Lake Mary, and Bishop Moore High School will be hosting the 2nd annual 1st Place Dig Pink Festival on October 8th and 9th, 2010 at Orlando Sports Center. This 48-team high school tournament will support the cause in the fight against breast cancer through the sport of volleyball. Last year, with the help of participating high schools, $15,000 was donated to to the Side-Out Foundation. Come watch top teams compete while helping in the fight against breast cancer. Pool play starts at 5:00pm on Friday and the daily admission fee is $5.00.

OVA/AAU/ROX TO HOST A TOURNAMENT IN PUERTO RICO!!

Girls Ages 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17/18
Limited spots available, register early!
Entry Fee: $350.00
Entry Deadline: January 6, 2011
Format: Saturday Pool Start Time (AM Wave 8am or PM wave 3pm). Sunday Bracket play.
All participants must be AAU members. Membership is $30/club, $12/athlete and $14/coach. To become an AAU member please visit www.aauvolleyball.org.
There will be a $5.00 per day spectator admission fee.
PLAY FOR A FREE ENTRY TO THE AAU NATIONALS IN ORLANDO!
The winning team in each age division with 10 or more teams will have their entry fee waived for the AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL. For divisions with less than 10 teams, a portion of the entry fee will be waived based on the number of teams. Winning the Grand Prix does not mean automatic entry into Nationals. All AAU National requirements must be met and the team must enter by the entry deadline.

This event is sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc. All participants must have a current AAU membership. AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event. AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the event operator has a laptop available with an internet connect. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU web site www.aausports.org to obtain their membership.
